Rosie has worked in many different food enviroments from bakeries and campsites, from The taste of London to the Duck and Waffle. She embarked on the Leiths diploma in 2014 and since then has been working day in and day out honing skills such as puff pastery, pasta and pithiviers. Before beginning her professional career Rosie spent her time watching Youtube videos being inspired and learning skills from YouTubers such as SortedFood, Laura in the Kitchen and Chef Johns food wishes. Today whether boiling an egg or clearing a consumme Rosie would often be found chatting to herself like she had her own show. Food Lovers Live will be the first realisation of that dream, and hopefully one of many to come.
